Providing support and guidance for healthier relationships
Our mission is to empower individuals and families through compassionate and culturally sensitive services. We believe in fostering overall well-being and providing a safe, confidential space for personal growth and belonging.

A Licensed Mental Health Counselor in WA State, Certified Mindful Self-Compassion Psychotherapist and MSC Teacher in-training, yoga instructor, and retired Army Master Sergeant (3rd Generation Combat Veteran). My passion is helping people cultivate greater self-compassion, resilience, and emotional well-being through evidence-based mindfulness practices.
After more than two decades of military service and years of working as a mental health professional, I have seen how stress, self-criticism, trauma, and life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. I also know that healing begins when we learn to meet ourselves with kindness instead of judgment.
My work is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to flourish. I create belonging, inclusive spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges with greater balance and resilience.
